I bought a girl Pomeranian from here in sept 2014. At the time she was kept in a horrible enclosure with all kinds of different dogs, notably large Alsatian puppies. She had a brother and I wish I could have taken them both. I would love to find him and see he has as happy a life as his sister.

Bought a puppy from this store in 2014, sold to me as a cavapoo puppy (cavalier king charles spaniel and a toy poodle) but we soon noticed that she didn’t look how a cavapoo should. After several DNA tests we received the same conclusion from each: she’s not a cavapoo. In fact, she has no trace of cavalier in her. This in itself wasn’t as issue, however, the genetic disorders she developed were. This pet store was irresponsible from day one, knowingly compromising pet health for profit.

I bought a male yorkiepoo 3 months old in Mar 2014 from this pet store. He was fine n healthy. 3 weeks ago, he was sick. I took him to see the vet. The vet said he had a kidney failure. He had a genetics problem. This broke my heart. I had to put him down. He passed away 6 days ago. He lived with us only 6 years.

Under 2 weeks treatment, I had to pay £3k+ bills and went to the vet everyday or one day twice.

I bought a puppy (Pomeranian) from my sister Shortly after she got her from here in 2014 and she has been absolutely fine health wise, touch wood! I am now trying to trace her history though and find out if she is kc registered ect but I am reading awful things about the owner and how records were being kept or not kept ect so am very concerned now that she wasn’t even from a reputable breeder that can prove she is full breed and doesn’t look as though the guy will have any records or be of any help has anyone else had a similar issue and all been ok?? She was a litter of two her and her brother or so they were advertised years ago
