Top notch service always with a smile. Was told to change heat exchanger, trv, expansion vessel and more by another plumber, including suggestion to change a seven year old boiler. Hanwell heating went out and said that heat exchanger needs de-scaling only, rest is all fine. Got them to change the heat exchanger anyway and all working fine since then. Nothing else needed to be done saving more than a couple of hundred on what the others quoted.

Hanwell Heating and Plumbing were attending an adjoining property for which they needed access to our walkway. One of the two men attending, who refused to give his name, was rude and patronising to myself and my partner after we made a simple request that they close our gate when not in the walkway (they had keys). We do not recommend you hire this company.
