Following a whiplash injury to my neck 18 months ago I was left with a dull ache in the side of my neck. Despite seeking various avenues of treatment - physiotherapy (NHS and private), chiropractic and another osteopath I eventually met Miles Crook from Hands On Care in Fleet and OMG what a relief it was.
He listened to the history of the injury and the symptoms I experienced and from his evident vast knowledge and experience of both osteopathy and physiology he worked out the treatment required.
I left his clinic pain free and following a couple of follow up appointments I can honestly say that I have continued to be pain free (2 months later).

Having a very painful back for some time, I decided to try an osteopath as a last ditch attempt before the steroid injections or surgery that my orthopaedic surgeon was offering. Very knowledgeable osteopaths who give a thorough assessment followed by very gentle but highly effective treatment. Even though they have extensive knowledge all assessments and treatments are explained in easily assimilated English so the patient knows exactly what’s happening all through the consultation. The consulting room is fully equipped, clean and comfortable and one is welcomed in a very friendly manner at the door.

I found this clinic a while ago having strained my lower back whilst working in Fleet. One visit and all was fine. I felt totally comfortable and relaxed. Now if I get any muscular problems or tensions, Handsoncare is my first choice. How good are they? Well, I live in Maidenhead and drive to Fleet knowing that the drive is well worth it and my problems will be solved. Very highly recommended.
