The Person who is working there makes it feel that he is doing the toughest job ever . I booked MOT where I realised after arriving that he took car to have MOT done at another place N&J . MOT failed so I did the repair in another place because H&R motors does not put in mind that other people have got work & not cooperative . For MOT repeat he asked me to come 22/10 at 10:30 (20 min drive & had to take day off) where he contacted N&J to tell him that he will only be able to do MOT at 15:30 !!

Hello Sherif, I don’t believe I come across like I do the hardest job ever. I was professional from the get go and tried to help you where I could. However when the mot testers are busy they can only do a retest when the bay is free and that unfortunately was at 3.30. I asked you to bring it down for 10.30 and leave it with us as I knew they would be so they could fit it in as and when they could. Sadly we are only open 9-5.30 so can’t accommodate every customers free time to bring a car down. It’s not our responsibility to make sure we have free space to accommodate you however we will always try our best. I believe you did have your car booked in for the repairs with us and then cancelled the day before causing problems of our own as we couldn’t fill the slot for the technician causing us financial loss. Thank you for your constructive feedback and we will take it into consideration moving forward.

Superb service from these lads took my car to what I thought was an exhaust issue potentially expensive job.... turned out to be just a clip come loose on an air box had my car back on the road within an hour no charge... well recommended thanks for your honesty gents...

These are the worst people I have ever dealt with. They charged me double the quote. We're extremely rude to me when I went to pick my car up a d refused to give me a receipt for the £1.25k I paid to them.

Hello Julie I believe the statements above are incorrect. As explained to you when you arrived there was increase in price due to more parts needed which was explained to your husband also prior to collection. Your original bill was £945 with the DPF clean and it went up by £310 due to another part needed and increase in cost of the DPF, that is not double the price. We didn’t refuse to give you a receipt, I sent you an invoice and you asked me to send you proof of payment which I said I would do for you once you had paid the final bill.We were not rude or obnoxious towards you or the gentleman who was with you, both members of staff were calm, we are sorry if you thought we were rude and obnoxious towards you however both members of staff were both calm during your visit to the garage and if anything you were the rude one towards us as you was in a rush to get to your meeting and wanted to leave without paying the full remaining amount. I hope you have no further problems with your vehicle and you can return back to your original garage you normally use. Thank you

Front brake issues sorted

Very helpful lads, quick repair too, had issue with brake system, had a sticky driver’s side caliper, had that changed along with brake hose, pads and discs, car is so much better, definitely will use these again

Car broke down Xmas Eve, called these guys due to brilliant reviews really pleased with all jobs completed, new clutch needed but recommended a few other jobs so pleased had them done, all at a very competitive price.
