This service is local and personal. For me that meant appointments that could fit with care responsibilities and a friendly and professional approach, including careful testing and discussion of the suitability of my chosen spectacles. Service was comprehensive and the spectacles ordered arrived when expected.

I booked an appointment for my daughter because I thought that one of the major high street opticians may not have done her prescription properly as she had been complaining about her new prescription. Just before the appointment she said she did not want to go as her glasses were now okay. I called up to cancel and was put through to the optician who very kindly gave me great advice and explained that she needed to adjust to new glasses etc. He was not annoyed at me cancelling and I did not feel like a time waster. His advice was excellent. When I am due my next appointment I will be going here. No more high street big names for me.
