Good start terrible finish

Unfortunately my original review was premature. We had issues with unfinished work which was fixed but did not last long. I have now tried contacting this company for over 4 weeks to remedy their poor work but to no avail. Quick to take your money and lots of chat. As soon as there is an issue they go into hiding. Do not use. Do not make the same mistake we made.

Wonderful service from James. Contacted him on a Monday and he arrived the next day to quote. Quote accepted and job started and completed the next week. No hidden charges and was always on hand to answer questions or relay information about the service he was providing. Will certainly use him again as there are a number of other projects that need doing.
