Flatly refused to refund me for a leaky fuel repair job which they had attempted 3 times but couldn’t fix. Two other garages confirmed ongoing leak & have now finally managed to repair. No sense of urgency shown in rebooking shoddy repair & owners patronising when their mistake is highlighted. Woman owner extremely rude & huffing when vehicle taken back as fuel leak persisted! Wanted a 4th attempt at trying to fix it! Show no duty of candour. This is the problem with these family run businesses who have nobody regulating them & aren’t accountable to anyone but themselves.
Poor quality control; have a habit of leaving screws off panels after repairs meaning customers inconvenienced & having to return to them (will usually find the screws near your windscreen!). Also poor covid control measures in place, eg: no plastic seat covers like most other garages have implemented.
Overall, very unprofessional in rectifying my issue. Trying to help out a small business doesn’t always pay off!
