As a facility manager I get to deal with many contractors and Hampshire Lift Services is right up there with the very best! Their engineers and support staff are experienced, professional and their attention to detail is exemplary. They really do walk the talk! From the first time we as a managing company engaged with Hampshire Lift Services, we knew that we had a found a company that we could build a long-term business relationship with. Not only all of the above, they are fast to respond and refreshingly, there is always a real human & friendly voice on the other end of the phone line ready to attend to the often urgent requests. Our lift has been trouble from the start, and being on the Isle of Wight, most companies were slow to respond.
Hampshire Lift Services was different—they arranged a site visit the next day and sent a skilled engineer who fixed the issue in under an hour. No fuss, no upselling—just honest, professional service.
Finally, peace of mind! We’ll be sticking with them from now on.

Fantastic Service!

We were with another company for a long period of time. We had frequent issues for which we were invoiced for frequent call outs. However, little was done to find the cause of the faults. Hampshire Lift Services have quickly found the fault and reduced our need for call outs. Brilliant!

Highly Recommended Company

Thankfully I discovered Hampshire Lift Services (HLS) who came out promptly and gave us a full evaluation of the problems facing us, a detailed plan of action to fully upgrade our old Otis lift and get it operating again at fraction of the cost quoted by the large companies. The lift engineers from HSL arrived promptly and worked tirelessly to get our lift back in operation and we cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and quality workmanship and I would highly recommend HSL.

Highly Recommended

Lift failed in a multilet office building - July 2024. Hampshire Lifts were on site promptly, quoted for the significant repairs required and pushed their suppliers to secure parts so they could turn around the job and get the lift back in service without delay. Fully updated at all points in the process and the job was completed on time. Would not hesitate to recommend.
