The teams at our Barnsley and Goldthorpe funeral homes will provide advice at every stage of the funeral planning process, and will arrange an individual and unique funeral to help you celebrate the life of your loved one. We also offer an affordable prepaid funeral plan, Choice, so that you can arrange and pay for a funeral in advance. Extraordinarily Bad

Problem after Problem!!! Would not recommend.
* Communication between staff is dreadful, had us dealing with 4 different staff members. None passed messages on to each other. Having to repeat everything again. One staff member would say you can have things one way, for next to say you can't have it that way. Each time there was a problem they would blame one and other.
* Paid it all off upfront, to then get a letter 1 month after funeral stating they had charged us wrong and wanted another £400.
*We paid for a wooden cross grave maker, to be put on after burial, still not been put on and funeral was close to 3 months ago.
*Night before the Order of service was still not completed, they didn't even know which my father was on the photo 24hrs before (lack of staff communication again).
*Staff no access to smart phone.
*One male staff member being abrupt with mother.
*Staff member then trying to blame things in the Vicar (shocking)

Definitely wouldn't recommend.
