I just phoned for a quote for a funeral. I was greeted by an exceptionally rude member of staff who after giving me the quote I explained it was only one way was given the quote for one way said goodbye and put the phone down before I could even explain what I required. the cost of the one way journey was not a problem with me. I certainly will not be using your firm. just what you need when you have just suffered a bereavement.
