I absolutely love my new A3 Saloon that was supplied from Hamilton Audi. The team were fantastic from start to finish, and the MyAudi App is great for locking and unlocking my car when I don't have my keys to hand. Thanks to Dale for helping me set everything up in the car.

I called to book my Q2 in for an MOT, only to find that it was overdue! Rory informed me that the first appointment was almost 4 weeks away, but he managed to somehow juggle things around and he got me in within 3 days. At the ripe old age of 71,my car is crucial for getting me and my wife around, so Rory's customer care meant i only had a couple of days without my car rather than a few weeks. I've been visiting Hamilton for a few years now and I always find all the staff friendly and welcoming, there coffee is not to bad too. Definitely recommended.
