We provide a friendly, holistic, multi-disciplinary healthcare centre, where people know they can come for good health advice and the highest standards in individual holistic care.

The clinic was established in 1999 but has changed its name following changed of ownership and refurbishment. It offers a wide variety of treatments and therapies to help and support all ages of clients in maintaining and improving their quality of life.

This includes McTimoney Chiropractic (a relatively gentle whole body treatment), Homeopathy, 7 types of Massage, Acupuncture, Reflexology and many more.

We also offer natural health advice. Most practitioners offer a FREE initial 15 minute no obligation consultation or discussion by phone, to enable you to meet the practitioner and and ask any questions about a therapy before deciding if it's right for you.

The clinic reception is open from 9- 5pm Monday to Friday, although bookings can be made outside of these hours, including Saturdays and evenings, depending on the practitioner and treatment required. You can leave phone or email messages at anytime. See our website or call for more information.

Fantastic service!

I have been to Hambledon Health twice now for a sports massage and I am amazed at the results! Karen is lovely, extremely knowledgeable and has helped me more than anyone else in all the years of pain that I’ve had! I really recommend a visit!
