Counselling is a talking therapy, we can talk openly in a safe and confidential environment. If you feel you need help, please contact me for a short course of sessions over a few weeks or months.

We provide face to face counselling or if preferred over the phone sessions can also be arranged.

Loss & Grief Counselling

When a loved one dies, we lose a job or our health deteriorates, the heartbreak, loss and hopelessness can become overwhelming. Loss of control, abandonment, being left with unresolved issues. Through counselling we can explore bereavement and grief and find new ways to cope.

Relationship Counselling

Single or couples counselling. Relationship issues can be extremely distressing and can sometimes feel difficult to resolve with so many strong emotions involved. The good news is you don't have to struggle alone.

Counselling for young people & children

Many young people are struggling with how they feel. They are having problems with friends, family or school, they are anxious, depressed, angry or scared and need to talk to somebody. Counselling can help them talk things through, support them without feeling judged.
