“I am delighted with my orangery, built by Richmond Oak, to replace on old conservatory. The design complements my listed cottage and they efficiently handled the process of gaining planning permission. It is constructed of sapele hardwood, painted to match the rest of the cottage. It also has bifolds, which are wider than the previous doors. Although the same footprint as the original conservatory, it seems a lot bigger.

From start to finish, I was very impressed by their customer service..from the unexpected gifts they sent to their prompt replies to any queries.

Mark and Ed worked through horrible weather, with good grace and courtesy. They were a pleasure to have on site and their workmanship was excellent. They left the site in perfect order.

We were looking for a bespoke design to cover our patio to form a veranda but with one side wider - we spent over a year trying to find a supplier who lived up to the boast of 'bespoke'. Hallmark were able to quickly understand our vision and also work on the design to ensure safety and practicality. The project management, design and installation was superb. Where we hit issues these were worked around and we ended up with something even better than we expected. We will definitely look to Hallmark for our next project in the garden.

Paul listened to what we were after and could see our vision from the outset and continued to work with us, instead of telling us it couldn’t happen or injecting some grand idea. He was also very knowledgeable and if we had any questions throughout the process.
They carried out the work on the windows and front door, the property instantly looked fantastic. We have had a few little snagging issues which they came round and fixed quickly.
The side extension was carried out by a builder that was suggest by Hallmark, who were very professional.
We are very pleased with our extension and windows and would happily use Hallmark again and we will when it comes to finally getting our conservatory re-done.

We have had excellent service from our initial enquiry to the finished conservatory and the aftercare. The liaison with the builders who did the necessary groundwork and who also did a first class job was faultless. We are delighted with the conservatory and would have no hesitation in recommending Hallmark without any reservation.

Regarding design/configuration: We ended up with different configurations of window units than we had originally requested, based on Hallmark’s recommendation. This has proved to be very beneficial, from a practical day-to-day usage perspective. We hadn’t thought of some of the issues with our original request that Hallmark pointed out during our design consultation (reaching window handles, Fan light location) and were glad to get the expert insight.

Project went to schedule and we were charged what we were quoted. Payment terms clearly laid out in the quote.

Installation team were professional and courteous. They worked through a spell of very bad weather.

Very happy with the finished result. Would recommend.
