Absolutely shocking service, First time we have asked for quotes for repairs and received no feedback after asking twice. Second time, we were quoted for work over the phone, and when we received the bill it was not what we agreed over the phone, after this they then charged me the higher price with out even looking into it, was my problem. After speaking with the manager who frankly didn't care, we got no apologies, did not accept the bill could be wrong when we were quoted over the phone a different price. After this once we were at home we found a further issue with the Bill being over charge. although they refunded this part, they didn't accept they could be wrong the first time. When I also asked for an apology I got a response of I dont see what I need to apologies for. absolute joke this place. While I was there another woman was also complaining, seems like the standard of service they want to provide. Some people will have a good experience, but when it goes wrong there a joke

Gross negligence resulting in potential fatalities.

I took my 2014 BMW M6 here for a brake fluid service a couple of weeks ago. Two days after receiving the car back the braking and traction control warning lights popped up. I called them and told them about the faults showing and they said they would call me back to book the car back in to check over it (I assumed this was an electronic fault). They never called. The next day my brakes failed and my girlfriend and I were almost involved in a high speed collision. After being towed to a garage it turns out that this service centre had FORGOTTEN TO CLOSE THE BRAKE CALLIPER NIPPLES. My car alloys were covered in brake fluid and beginning to strip paint as a result. They are refusing to even refund me for this service (let alone 4 new alloys costing £10k+) so I am having to dispute the transaction with my bank whilst proceeding with a law suit against this establishment for gross negligence nearly causing a fatal collision.

Great team ,who work sufficiently to satisfy us .Mr Hankey ,mr Evans ,mr Bellis ,mr Green, mr Bobbette , Richard and all the staff I didn’t meet personally , who helped me along .

Wouldn't touch this garage or there cars at all the hassle my brother has had with a car from here is unbelievable the stress it has caused him and upset for the 7th time he has had his car back there and he is still getting messed around with them and they have not been helpful at all absolutely discusting it is from meant to be a top high, quality company
