Complete and thorough survey conducted with quotes for different boilers mailed to us within a couple of days. Tom gave his opinion as to which boiler would be the best for our property (which was not the most expensive) but left the final decision to us. Tom and his team worked tirelessly throughout the installation (custard creams and ginger nut biscuits keeping them going), repairing a couple of faulty radiators as part of the job. They laid groundsheets throughout our property ensuring a clean job. All boiler and thermostat controls were fully explained. Eight months have now passed, no leaks or any other problems and a much cheaper gas bill. Although a couple of extra jobs were completed, Tom only charged us what was originally qouted. All in all, an excellent job at a great price.

Tom and his team fitted a new combi boiler for us and the level of service we received from start to finish was fantastic.
They were very professional, helpful and happy throughout the installation, explaining things thoroughly and despite having to work in a tight space completed the job to a high standard.
