Appalling service would not recommend. I ordered a bike for £300 with a bike build, my order got delivered to the Preston store with no problems but the staff then decided refused to build it for no apparent reason even thought its mandatory. They then cancelled my order with out my permission after i made formal complaint. The staff there seriously need to get a grip. I would recommend supporting one of your local bike shops rather than a large company who do not care about their customers circumstances.
