Booked for front and rear dash cam to be fitted had a appointment for 17/12/22 got there to be told no one is there to fit it no phone call just waited for me to turn up we then rebooked for today man spent 4 hours on my car to tell me he can’t do it well he didn’t tell me the manager did so and ask for a refund for them to just give me the money back for the dash-cam not the fitting when I said nope refund for fitting as well to be told I haven’t paid for fitting erm yes I did he just spent 4 hours on my car to then get ask well where’s the receipt to tell him it’s in your hand you’ve had it the whole time really haven’t a clue in this place very bad service and extremely bad customer service
