Auto Centre Romford 16/02/2021. George took my booking for an MOT and to investigate the problem of the heating fan and the under carriage of my vehicle. He kept me informed through out the day and explained in lay man terms the problems that they were encountering and in the end gave me advice on how to take it forward.George confirmed the amount quoted to try and fix the problem and gave me an alternative to try and fix it.The MOT was performed in good time and the under carriage was resolved.I always find this auto centre very friendly and always up front about the work that has to be taken to resolve the issues.
