Fast, efficient and a good price.

We came home from holidays on Thursday, there was no pressure on the boiler so no hot water. This is something I can normally fix myself, not this time. I rang Hale Heating & Plumbing, they came out an hour later and got everything working. We were very grateful.

Don’t listen to the reviews total lies left a family £75 out of pocket and no heating all weekend in winter.
Took £75 call out charge an told us what we told him was the problem.
Find another engineer if u want ur job fixed

I’m sorry you feel that way. As we discussed before attending the job within 2 hours of the call that the Callout charge and full fault finding and diagnostics fee was £75. We advised you the fault on the boiler quoted for the work and advised you the best course of action to take. Sorry we couldn’t be more helpful

Great price, flexible, friendly and eager to help

Ash did some work on our hot water tank which broke down a couple days before Christmas. Not only was he eager to be on site to assess the problem the next day but he put in an interim fix to sort us out while waiting for the part. This was just as well, because I was stuck with covid over Christmas and had to postpone the next appointment. Ash was very flexible and understanding and just finished the job today-- very happy with the work and a very fair and reasonable price too. He finished ahead of the quoted time and adjusted the final price to match.
Super happy with the job and cost, will be my first contact next time something goes wrong.

I initially called late at night for an emergency on a weekend - Ash picked the phone up right away and was with us in good time - he secured the issue.
We then got in touch again to have the boiler replaced, he sourced the parts and additional help (thanks Andy!) - he took the time to talk us through everything and kept good contact throughout.
The job was completed in good time, I was shown the details of how the new system works - alongside a few tips moving forward, Ash and his team were friendly and professional throughout the length of the job (a full day!) - at no point was I left wondering what was happening / why it was happening - he even managed to source and fit a new tap for us the same day!
I cannot recommend Hale enough - they've gone into my phone as my permanent go to for Plumbing/Heating services, and we've left our previous business care plan since moving to them.
Thank you again for all the efforts - I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone!
