Terrible service!!

I have never come across a most incompetent and unreliable hairdresser. She cut my mum’s hair a week ago and left one side longer than the other, she arranged to go back on Wednesday to rectify her error but didn’t turn up and has refused to answer my mums calls and voicemails . Would not recommend, constantly changes appointments at the last minute and extremely unreliable and poor hair cutting!

I’m so sorry Jackie you feel like this My Car Turbo has gone and I cannot work without my vehicle I am extremely sorry I didn’t let you know I was all caught up with my car then sorting out my children I have called your mum to try and explain and apologise She’s very cross with me Which I completely understand I have had a hard couple of days And all I can do is apologise I am sorry to loose your mum as one of my Clients as we really got on I also must mention the first time I cut your mums hair it was Cut to be slightly longer on one side I believe on her left hand side Jane x

BEST HAIR CUT EVER

Best hair cut that I have ever had.
Jane actually listened to what I needed.
I don’t like having my hair cut, I’m anxious about visitors to my home and I’m not easily pleased.
It’s been over 6 weeks now since my first cut from Jane and it’s still manageable.
By this time I would have grabbed for the scissors myself.
I’m actually looking forward to Jane’s next visit.

Jane is such a lovely caring lady outstanding hairdresser give her expertise advise on colours and cuts so professional in every way iv been having jane do my hair for some years now and can honestly say I couldn’t imagine having anyone other than Jane into my home she’s trustworthy flexible and truly takes pride in her clients so a huge thank you Jane
