Wonderful!! Ras is the best and she is an expert at what she does! Her advice is wonderful and the quality of the extensions are top notch!!! I love my new hairstyle!

After having trouble with my weave I initially went to Ras to have two tracks fixed. The service was so good I've been going back ever since. My hair is always in for atleast 7-8 weeks, would definitely recommend!

After seeing the web site I booked in to have my hair extensions put in I paid £10 to have them taken out and £40 to have them put in again. I have been having this done by someone else for 18 months but he can no longer do it, I had to go back the next day as I looked like a scarecrow wit bits sticking out. A this point I wanted my money back but agreed to have it redone, by now I was in pain from the tightness, when I woke the next day I looked a mess. I contacted ras and after text messages going back and forth I managed to get only £20 of my money back. My friend also had the same problems but was refused her money back and she paid more then me. I have since found a place in tooting called root1 who have sorted this for me for a fraction of the price.
