After a colour disaster on my daughters hair we visited the salon at Fence Houses for the very first time in hope that it could be rectified. After a comprehensive consultation with Andrew and seeing my daughters anguish,he managed to get her an appointment within a week. Lauren tried her magic on my daughters hair and whilst she did salvage some of it after many hours in the salon, the outcome was not what my daughter thought it was going to be. This was due to the many chemicals that had been put on her hair by a stylist not connected with the salon. Rachel and Lauren spend a long time discussing how to improve the colour further.Rachel and Eleanor both applied the new colour and styled her hair which took a further hour and a half. The three girls showed great professionalism, expertise and their empathy was impeccable. I really cannot recommend these stylists enough.My daughter has hair that is beautiful and shining along with a smile she did not have. Thank you so much girls x

So after being dropped in it at very short notice by the hairdresser I had booked months previously to style my hair for my sons wedding, Daniel John went far far far above and beyond to get me sorted out! Not even a regular customer he immediately reassured me that he could arrange something and not to worry! Within a short time he had arranged for his top stylist to come to my home at 7am to style my hair! Without naming the original salon, who made no attempt to reschedule or even ask other clients if there were willing to swap appointments, I will obviously NOT be returning there but have now found my dream team at Daniel John’s! Not only did the team step up and into the void during an extremely busy and stressful time but Rachel made a beautiful silk purse job with what could only be described as a sows ear (my hair) many compliments and positive reviews received and recommendations given! Thank you so so much for making me look more Beverly Hills than Hill Billy!

Always a lovely experience getting my hair done by Daniel and yesterday’s appointment was well overdue! Salon looks fab and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming and really care about their customers. Thanks, Dan x

On a miserable wet day today, I visited the salon to have my hair cut and coloured by Toni. Salon warm and cosy and friendly as always. My hair is super and I feel like a new woman. Had loads of chat and advice from Toni, a very enjoyable visit as always. Many thanks Toni.

Toni cuts and styles my hair and she always does an amazing job, gives great adive and styles my hair amazing! The salon is always busy and very friendly, wouldn’t go anywhere else!
