1st CLASS KENNELS

My hubby took our 2 border collies into the kennels as we were going away, both dogs made a fuss of, took all details, checked the both dogs vet books, to check both were up to date with jabs. Phoned while away to check on them, had my mind put to rest after they assured me both dogs were fine. When we picked them up, both dogs looked so healthy and happy, running about, finding ball and rope to play with, talking to the staff they were telling us how much both dogs loved playing with balls lol. One of our dogs had a groom while there and she looked lovely, just right amount of fur removed. Both myself and my hubby have said how shiny both their coats are, going to phone and checkout which food they were fed, will definitely be changing food.
Both of the dogs have been fine since returning home, will definitely use this kennel again for sure.

BE AWARE !!!

Last month, picked up my dog after 1800 due to a 2 hour flight delay from Spain. As soon as I landed in Manchester I phoned the kennels to explain I would be a little late in collecting him. There was no answer and it kicked into voicemail, so I explained the situation. When I arrived after closing time, I was met with a very abrupt and abrasive man (owner) and was told the kennels wouldn't be open till the next morning. I explained that I had left a message to which he replied "we're too busy to listen to messages!" this was at around 1840. When my dog saw me he was very quiet and subdued. Once home I discovered that he couldn't jump up on the couch. On inspection I found his testes very swollen and he continually licked them. When I touched them lightly he whimpered in pain. After 2-3 days he was his old self and jumping around everywhere, his normal behaviour. Apparently he had bitten a kennel maid during his stay. He is not an aggressive dog !!
