Hypnotherapy is the means by which you can reprogramme your old or unwanted behaviour patterns, or create new, more positive ones. He is also an Anxiety UK Approved Therapist, an Acknowledged Supervisor with the GHR and runs a GHSC Approved Hypnotherapy Training Course in Tayside for students wishing to train as professional hypnotherapists.
