Awesome Service

Wow - Only just moved into the area and my tractor broke when unloading from the removal lorry. Found these guys on Google search and what can i say; prompt response to email enquiry over the weekend, returned call on Monday and machine picked up by Tuesday, repaired and delivered back by Thursday morning! Amazing service from all. Will definitely be using these guys for all my machinery rep...airs & servicing moving forwards

Excellent service. Have used H Wallis several times for lawn mower service and repairs, and always received excellent service. Only last week they collected my lawn mower for repair and returned it the next day. I will continue to use when necessary and will certainly use them when my 20 year old Hayter mower needs replacing

Expensive lawnmower service, with poor level of customer sevice.

After requesting a standard service for my lawnmower. The bill ended up costing more than my annual car service.
If I were to take my car in for a service and the bill ended up three times the quoted price I would have expected at least a phone call to ask permission to carry out the extra work. No such customer service seems to exist with this company. There was no evidence of any oil leak on my recently levelled garage floor where this lawnmower is housed, which gives me the impression unnecessay work was carried out to inflate the bill.

Excellent service over 20+ years

I have been using H Wallis for 20+ years for purchasing and maintaining garden machinery. The service is always excellent and good value for money. The staff are professional with many years experience so I feel like I am getting honest feedback when sourcing equipment or needing repairs.

What an amazing service .. and price

What an amazing service .. and price. My dad needed a new Honda pro lawnmower and had looked online. Tried H Wallis and they were not only £50 cheaper than online, they put it together and tested it. Easy parking and loaded it on. We all look online and miss this 5 star service. Highly recommend.

we're only the latest to be impressed by the service offered by Wallis

Dropped by with a mate to collect a repaired rotovator...The rotovator was ready for collection, just needed a couple of other pieces of garden machinery to be rolled out of the way, and the pre-purchased cans of fuel were already by the door. They even have a wc available for use by customers. Judging by the number of other customers as we loaded up, we're only the latest to be impressed by the service offered by Wallis.

Great place. A little old fashioned to some maybe but if you're a serious gardening buff and, especially if you've a decent mower and it requires servicing. Lots of machinery apart from mowers for the gardener or smaller to rave over. Well worth a trip for your garden machinery needs and advice.

Brilliant little shop with extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff...

First ever time I went to this shop they helped me with an electric chainsaw that I bought else where and managed to help me get the warranty sorted, this is great service for someone who has never bought a thing from them. Second time I went was when I needed a proper petrol chainsaw and needed something reliable and that would last. The staff went through the models and types and even showed me how to fuel, oil and get it all started... I would give 10 star if I could

The advice is first rate, and we were dealt with in a very polite and efficient manner...

We bought a new mower and were offered a good discount. We did not negotiate, because we were so impressed by the way we were treated. If you want the cheapest, you might do better. However in the long run you may regret that decision. They supply a wide range of equipment from several manufacturers. We have used other companies in the area and not found them better value and certainly not as good to deal with. Besides that we think the service is the best we have encountered.
