Just amazing, best photographer i've ever worked with.

My partner and I received a Groupon gift of a photoshoot for Christmas (2015) as we mentioned we do not have many pictures together with our 6 month old son. I was dreading it because I shy away from cameras and, all the photos I have seen from photoshoots elsewhere have been really cheesy and false looking.

Thankfully my concerns was dispelled with Hailey. The session was fun, natural and she did not ask us to pose once! She was patient, engaging, down-to-Earth and, as a result, the session was fun.

We were really happy with the photographs and ended up purchasing more than the Groupon deal included because we couldn't decided which we wanted out of the fantastic ones Hailey took.

Thanks Hailey for a fun photoshoot, for the lovely memories from that day and for the excellent images we now treasure and look at often. Not to mention your excellent customer service.

My partner, my 6 month old son and I received a Groupon deal for Christmas 2015 for a family photo shoot at H.Spring Photography.

Not being particularly photogenic I was apprehensive about the whole thing, but Hayley put us at ease. We were very happy with the photographs and in addition Hayley's customer service skills were fantastic.

I went there in Jan 2016, overall I got a very good deal and the service offered was brilliant. Harley, our photographer was engaging and her communication with us was average. During the two shoots we have I felt that we got a good few pictures, however when looking through the pictures I was very disappointed to find pictures which were blurred and my daughter not looking nice at the camera.

We had to get the prints posted to us as I live over an hour away. One of the prints was missing and one of them was done incorrectly. I feel this was very disorganised and I was disappointed in half the photos that arrived, they seemed smudged. The quality of the pictures aren't great.

I must say that Hayley was great and she was good with my baby daughter. Overall average.

We found Charlotte our photographer to be competent, even if during our family photoshopt we basically organised ourselves and told her what we wanted! There was a delay with one of the prints being produced but the studio gave us a complimentary key ring by way of thanks, which I thought was a very nice gesture. The prints are a little pricey, but what photography studio isn't. We were delighted with our photos are would certainly use the studio again and recommend it to others.
