A great customer experience

I was very impressed with the great customer service I received from Aamirah in the shop. She was really helpful as the watch I wanted to buy was not in stock and as it was a present it would not have arrived in time for the date I needed it, if ordered. Aamirah took the time and trouble to source from another branch elsewhere and had it delivered to York for me to pick up 24 hours later. I feel she went the extra mile and left me with a great experience and I would defiantly shop in store again.

Stood around for ten mins and Not been acknowledged

Went in, not greeted. Stood around for around ten minutes, still not been acknowledged. Left as it put me off even wanting to enquiry about a watch. There was one female sale person in the store at that time. RUDE!!!!
