Today I was served by Jill, who went out of her way to help with my problem. I had a watch bought elsewhere which needed a new battery. Unfortunately the back had been damaged by another battery supplier. Jill used her knowledge to fit my watch with a new battery and was able to refit the back of the watch. Jill was unfailingly pleasant, showed kindness in the way she dealt with me and demonstrated good knowledge of her area of work. Thank you, Jill.
