In light of the on going coronavirus pandemic we would like to reassure you that our focus is to ensure that we continue to treat your loved one with the utmost dignity and respect whilst at the same time, protecting our clients and our staff.
As you will be aware, things are constantly changing and we are taking advice from Public Health England, Government departments and our trade organisation, The National Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors to ensure that we are working within the current guidelines. We are dealing with more clients by telephone at present, so if you are experiencing difficulty in getting through to us, please continue to try or leave us a message and we will contact you as soon as possible.
When you do speak with us, we will ask you some additional questions relating to both the person who has passed away and yourself. This is to ensure that we are treating all fairly and are working within the current regulations.
