I can't recommend this business highly enough. After being let down by multiple plumbers I called Harry at HM Plumbing and Heating who sent an engineer out the next morning. On being unable to mend the broken shower pump, Mario advised we invest in a new one which Harry then sourced and obtained the same day! Mario returned to fit it and we were sorted, within 24 hours.
All the people I spoke to on the phones were polite and helpful. Mario was polite, respectful, careful and tidy. We're just so pleased to have found a plumber we can trust - will be using again!

1000% recommend. I contacted H.M Plumbing when my DIY fix did not work. Kirstie was great and tried everything to bring my appointment sooner due to the toilet being out of action and having 2 young children. When the day came I was kept informed and Harry was very knowledgeable, fixing the issue promptly and professionally. Advice also given in regards to future jobs.

Very good at responding to queries. They came back to put a part that had gone missing in the toilet cistern. They did this without extra charges.
