A qualified Personal Trainer and Hatton Academy Boxing Fitness Instructor based in Chorlton. Small classes and one to one PT Boxing Fitness Outdoors in Chorlton Park, Nell Lane.
Boxing fitness classes and one on one and two on one Personal Training Sessions. The sessions include Pad work (or Focus Mitts work as it's also known), cardio, core, strength & conditioning work, legs and upper body exercises. Each person gets a go on the gloves and pads/mitts over 5 three minute round's. Currently due to Covid-19 there is no padwork. But also available are Tabata HIIT classes, bodyweight circuit training and one or two on one PT sessions. I'm a qualified mobile Personal Trainer and Hatton Academy Boxing For Fitness Instructor to advanced level. I also have 10 years previous amateur boxing experience. Classes are held outdoors at Chorlton Park, Nell lane but home visits or meeting at a local park in chorlton or the surrounding area can be arranged if more convenient for you. I can also arrange online exercise videos with programs if you prefer, especially in these uncertain times. No stuffy gyms or fees, just fresh air. It is said exercising outdoors is better for your mental and physical wellbeing. Why not give it a try. I also arrange for a small extra fee, one to one PT packages for customers which include a bespoke fitness program tailored to your needs, fitness testing and general nutritional advice. Whether your goal is to loose weight, get fitter, learn boxing skills or just tone up you can rely on me in helping you achieve it. Equipment provided at my sessions include: jump rope, wraps, gloves, pads, precision boxing sticks, body belt, agility ladder, coaching boxing gloves, mats and medicine ball. If you prefer to bring your own wraps and gloves that's fine.
