We are very happy with the service we have received from H. Bates funeral directors, regarding the funeral of our dear relative, Kathleen.
They have been kind, professional and their attention to detail has been notable.
In the days beforehand they drove us down to the Registrar.
Also the 'Tell Us Once' service they use meant that we had one less thing to think about.
Despite a heavy snowfall on the day of the funeral, everything ran smoothly and we could concentrate on our goodbyes.
