Had a problem with washing door wouldn't lock and couldn't start a wash cycle ,I messaged h s domestic and asked afew questions and was answered and problem was found and resolved,very quick simple fix but couldn't use it

I have nothing but praise for the efforts of Deck, the engineer, in completing the Logik washing machine repair. Purchased from Currys 5 months ago, so was covered by Consumer Act for free repair or replacement.
They decided to replace both motor and heating element - he was here for over 2.5hrs. Unfortunately, there is no removable back panel, so it involved lying flat on the floor, with the machine leaning back, to access from underneath. The motor is again difficult to replaceme - took nearly an hour to remove old and fit the new. It was also necessary to remove top and front of machine to access and replace the heating element.
Machine now working OK. Would recommend H & S Domestics, and efforts of the engineer Deck, in completing the repairs, especially because of the difficulties encountered.

Really fantastic service, couldn't recommend them enough. Our dishwasher had broken and instead of charging us lots for parts, the engineer told us it would actually be cheaper for us to go via the manufacturer directly. We appreciated that SO much. Really, really kind and helpful. Will go straight to them again in the future.

Prompt response to fridge not working. Dave arrived right on time, very friendly and efficient. Identified a problem with the power supply but replaced the thermostat just in case. Extremely pleased with the service, thank you. Also responded to text messages ahead of the appointment,which I really appreciated.
