Quick response to my online contact form. Turned up when booked, cleaned and serviced the treadmill and fixed the problem we initially made contact about. Jamie has put us on an annual service call to ensure we keep the machine performing at its best. Great service and would recommend.

Excellent and timely service; I've had them out to service and fix my crosstrainer twice now, and both times the service has been first-rate, thorough, and has fixed the problems.
