I had an Amazing Customer Experience

I would recommend to a friend Lovely warm atmosphere friendly helpful staff, and I disposed of my old amplifier and bought a orange crush mini amplifier which I will pick up in store. Way better customer service experience than in Camden Guitars. Guitar Guitar was more professional and you can try out guitars and amplifiers in store which is a plus. I don't know why there at 2 bad reviews

Shocking customer service.

Worst customer service I have ever had!!! I am just hoping that the rest of the stores in the UK aren't the same. Avoid dealing with the Camden team of rude ego centrical wanna be rock stars!
I just hope Guitar Guitar Head office takes proactive action regarding the personnel representing the company.
