Best store for guitar shopping. Friendly, honest staff who just want to help you find what you need.
Being quite indecisive myself, they let me sit in a booth for hours and just try out everything.
Have now come home with a glorious Orange amp and a Strat. By just reading online reviews I would've ended up with a Marshall Combo without really knowing what I liked.

A very pleasant experience

I visited the store for the first time March 2019 in order to buy a 2 guitars - expected purchase £2.5K . A very pleasant experience - I found the staff to be very attentive, helpful and even offered coffee to my wife and I. The products were very reasonabley priced - same as PMT and even came up with an offer below that of tag price - no reason to suppose they would renege on it. However I didn't find the tone I was looking for.
