We arrived from USA myself and my wife, e were looking for a property within the city center in London
I was let in by a staff member who showed us around the flat, told us about the amenities, gave us tips on the places to go really nice friendly young man.
He gave us a number to call it was their 24/7 support line, they were really helpful over the phone when we had some minor issues which were quickly resolved.
They greeting us with refreshments and we had a good holiday thanks for Guest on air
