After waking up to a boiler leak we contacted Gubbs as they are local to us - they managed to fit us in quickly to assess the problem and booked in a repair a couple of days later once parts had been sourced.. over the holiday season too! Extremely friendly service, great communication and arrived on time.

A real professional

Chris did an annual service, quick efficent and thorough. I though that I needed a three way valve installed. Chris said it would be expensive and not worth it. Chris's professional approach saved me expenditure. I am not sure that everyone would turn down a job by offering advice. I was very impressed.

Quick and Efficient

The GUBBS engineer came out to firstly service the boiler, performed a full check and diagnosed a fault. He returned 2 weeks later with the required part and quickly fixed the fault. Pricing is really competitive, with no fuss. I cannot recommend using GUBBS enough.

Reliable, efficient and pleasant to deal with

I have been using the Gubb’s for over 15 years, first Trevor and now Chris. Both have serviced boiler & fire place yearly and even helped a damsel in distress when power shower broke! They have even come out sunday lunchtime when the kitchen tap decided to detatch and spray water everywhere, was here within 30mins! Their work is always a high standard, reasonable and reliable. They are always my first port of call for plumbing issues.
