Avoid enlisting the services of instructor Sophie at all costs. She displays a complete lack of professionalism, resorting to vulgar language, like " what the F..... are you doing?" and neglects her duties by incessantly using her phone or tending to her nails while you're behind the wheel. As if that weren't bad enough, she brazenly wastes your lesson time by chauffeuring her relatives from school, leaving you to stew in the car while the clock ticks away. Exercise extreme caution in selecting your instructor. Our encounter with Sophie was nothing short of a nightmare, and we intend to pursue legal action against her without hesitation.

Learning to drive with Manj and her husband Bob was a pleasure. Their personalised approach, patience and attention to detail made each lesson more enjoyable and productive. Thanks to their expert guidance, I passed my driving test on the first try. I highly recommend GSM driving academy to anyone seeking skilled instructors.

Worst instructor

I dont want to tell about GSM but about the instructor I had from GSM. Her name is Fouzia.. very chatty lady, not professional, everything she left for the last minute! and also after money. nearly 9months i took lesson but she couldnt make me ready.for the practical driving test. very very disappointing.
