Stay clear unless desperate.

The prices are not bad however, I did a home delivery order. All I got was I reciept and saying it will be delivered 3 to 4 working days. So obviously I cannot just sit in my house for 3 to 4 days in case they come. So I thought I'll ring them to find out when it will e delivered or at least I will get an email or something the day before. Well I tried for 2 days 1 of which I spent a 3 hour period calling every 5 minutes. In total I called over 45 times in 2 days. Every time all I got was an answering machine saying they were too busy to answer and no facility to leave a message. So today I decided to call the local store where I was told although they are the same company they have nothing to do with each other, which is a contradiction. They said they can't even take returns bought from the home delivery side, really in 2022. The order is now 5 days old 4 of which are working days and still nothing. Absolute of amateurs, steer well clear of these this company.
