1Good evening Phillip, As explained through many emails, The quote that was provided to yourself had 2 options, You choose to repair the cracked ridge which was completed by us as per photos provided. The 25 minutes that 3 of the team where on your property (being a total of 75mins for 1 person) The cost of £261 which included a 20% VAT charge, Tax, Materials, Insurances (Business and Van) labour of 3 experienced tradesmen to complete the quotation accepted In December. As mentioned in my email today and in January (twice) that we are working as per government guidelines with half our team self isolating due to COVID-19 and complying with social distancing no two of our teams can mix, This is unavoidable and out of our control and things will take longer as expected. We will not tolerate the slanderous reviews as per our email earlier today.
