Very poor experience with this company. I arrived to book my car in at the agreed time. Basically told to go away and come back later as they were not able to accept my car or provide the courtesy car. The whole office system appeared chaotic. They seem to forget that people work and can’t just come back later. Were supposed to call to pick up car but didn’t call and just turned up when nobody was available. Despite many requests to give a timescale for what is a minor repair could not do so. People cannot organise their lives on this shambolic basis. My car, and specialist features, are essential for work. Vague business model is not good enough. Insurance company informed.

Great service. Id definitely use Grover again(Hopefully I won't need to)

Grover Repairs were excellent from start to finish. A member of the team came to collect my BMW for repair and the service was excellent.

My car went in with a damaged bumper and came back as good as new. Repairs were carried out very quickly, and communication with the team was excellent.

Although I was introduced to Grover Repairs through my insurance, I'll definitely consider using them in the future myself. Hopefully there won't be a next time, but if I do need more repairs, I'm confident that the Team at Grovers will do a very good job. Thanks again guys!

Shocking service

Incompetent and completely unprofessional . My insurance company put me in touch with this company after my car was reversed into . Huge disappointment took 3 months to get an appointment , when they finally collected the car returned it the same day without insurance company’s knowledge as couldn’t do the job this is after having to send the several pictures of the accident . After reading there reviews can say am relieved they are not carrying out any work on my car . Would not recommend using them .

Wauld never use this garage paint work not done to Colour spec.
My car is with esure and my car went back 3 times as car was unsafe due my nuts and bolts not being put back on bumper and wheel arch still not happy waiting for independent engineer to go over my car .on the other hand customer service staff was helpful but still did not rectify mistakes and the stress that was caused. Still ongoing .

If your insurers try and appoint Grover, Refuse!

Poor Quality Control. Poor Customer Service. Unreliable.

Had to take vehicle to main dealer after it developed fault following repairs. Detailed Video inspection report by VW highlighted poor quality of the workmanship; attempted repairs to damaged parts, missing bolts, etc...

After viewing video and first agreeing to make good, Grover then went silent for several weeks and, when contacted by my insurers, denied having seen video and asked to inspect vehicle.
