Worst service ever received, I waited over 8 weeks for my washing machine to be fixed. Paid out over £220, parts were fitted and still didn’t work, engineers made excuses for why it didn’t work ordered more parts, which were delayed, Group FX kept rebooking visits, they had the worst customer service, little to no communication and wouldn’t let me speak to anyone senior, they didn’t respond to emails, or have a complaints procedure. An absolute joke of a service. This service needs to be shut down.

Poor Customer Service policy

I cannot recommend this company. After paying £100 for a service visit where the engineer did not have the part, I was then expected to pay up front for the part and wait a month to have it fitted. Samsung need to review and revoke their arrangement with this third party company.
