Underpining Conservatory

We have a conservatory which had been shifting and subsiding over a number of years. We decided to contact 360 Groundworks as it was fairly local to us in Havant and some of the photographs of work done were similar to our situation. Matthew visited and gave us his assessment and put us in contact with a surveyor. We explored some other options but in the interim we were not put under any pressure. Once agreed, the team arrived on time - 0730 - and cracked on. With hindsight, I should have removed more path slabs beforehand as it was inevitable that some would crack under weight of the diggers. We were advised that it would take the best part of two weeks and it did. Matthew was very happy to answer questions throughout the process. There was some residual concrete left at the end but otherwise very satisfied with the job.

Swim Spa Foundations

Firstly, we are so pleased we found Groundworks360! They turned up on time and ready to start work on the swim spa foundations in our garden (6m x 4m x 1.5m). This had been a rather daunting prospect to us because they were adjoining existing foundations but our fears were soon allayed. They kept the site as tidy and contained as they possibly could and worked solidly for long hours as a team, doing an excellent job. We were developing a site consisting of three bungalows. Mr Smiths company assisted and liaised with the planning consultants, architects, structural engineers, soil engineers and building control. They were most helpful in bringing all these aspects together so that the development could commence.
