Very disappointing

In Aug 2020 we had our driveway cobbled at the cost of £16,000. A drain was introduced to prevent flooding. Initially the work was good. However, the work has exacerbated the problem and the flooding is now endangering the next door property as well as ours. All attempts to contact this company have proved fruitless.
