Manager Dan Neilson started his career with Groom at the age of 16 and so has 20 years of experience with which to support his customers. Dan has been with Groom since day one and seen enormous change since 1994.

“When we first opened, there were perhaps only three different styles of suit, twenty or so waistcoats and just a few ties or cravats to choose from. Neil (Groom’s founder) has always been an innovator however, and we both knew that we weren’t prepared to follow the pack in this respect, or any other!

“We soon set about sourcing new suppliers, the same type of people that we are – responsive, creative and very customer focussed. We have extended our range over the last 20 years beyond number. In fact, I couldn’t tell you how many styles of suit we have to choose from, and now grooms can choose from over 350 colours for their accessories, so the whole wedding theme ties together perfectly.
