Greys Furnishings

In my opinion, this upholsterer is unreliable and gutless. He Failed to honour his promise to collect my chairs following his quote.

I visited greys to book renewed cover for a couple of chairs. Having selected a fabric I then asked for a quote. No reply so I went back to the shop and a date was fixed for picking up the chairs and a promise of a fixed price quote.
However my phone calls and e-mails were ignored. Totally unacceptable customer service

Our sofas are FABULOUS! 3 large ones reupholstered and covered in 2 different fabrics look beautiful. Olly was so helpful in fabric recommendation and was honest about length of time the job would take managing my impatience and expectations!
Two of the sofas were white, there wasn’t a speck on them when Olly delivered them back to us. His workmanship and attention to detail cannot be more highly recommend.

A huge massive thanks for bringing our lovely ercol day bed/ sofa back to its former glory. The quality of the finish is second to none. No heavy sales. Huge choice of fabrics. Friendly and efficient in every aspect. We will be certainly using their services again with new cushions for our parker knoll rocking chair. Our sofa was picked up and returned in a time for Christmas!!! Look no further for a high quality service with people that give you a first class customer experience. Thanks again. Happy Christmas x

Brilliant business. We were given enough time to talk with Ollie about what we were looking for. We spent time in the shop looking at swatch books and then taking them home to see how they looked. No hard sell at all. We were helped all the way through and were able to discuss what we wanted. We were given advice, chatted about the types of materials and cost and time to produce. We went on holiday for a week and the 2 sofas went on theirs. We came back relaxed and the 'new' sofas were delivered the next day. All very easy and no hassle. We felt very confident that we had chosen the right upholsterer and we were not proved wrong. Well done Greys Furnishing! Sat on the sofas writing this review. Brilliant, excellent and all the other superlatives you can think of.
