Booked to come round and look at an issue I had, agreed the day but was just told afternoon rather than a time, Which I had no issue with as given en the nature of the business I guess it's hard to pin point a time. I took Time off of work to be available as it was fairly urgent. The hours rocked by and no show or a phone call. Called at 16:45 to be told that he'd taken an emergency job which would take about 2 hours. Offered to come around the next day. I wasn't wasting another day off of work. A simple call would have been enough. I'm sure the work would have been done but basic manners were lack. Was made to feel very unimportant.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Absolutely amazing service! Called at 21:10 on a Saturday night due to a plumbing emergency. Rich was out to my house within 30 minutes and fixed the problem with no complaints. He was polite and reluctant to decline our tip which he so much deserved. We originally went through our insurance company for 5 hours with no luck. I would recommend Grenadier Plumbing Services to anyone and will be keeping his number for the future. Thank you so much Rich!

Put a new combi boiler in one of my rental properties last year. Made all the arrangements with the tenants, so there was no hassle for me to sort . Turned up when he said he would and carried out installation professionally and effectively. Good value
