We are an estate agents based on the Wirral and we had a vulnerable pensioner with no heating, called Gregory's and they very kindly fitted us in that day, at very short notice. Job was completed quickly and efficiently, and we are so impressed with Gregory's professionalism and excellent customer service we have booked them in for another job. Excellent would highly recommend, Jon did an excellent job, he was very reliable turned up when he said he would, we gave him our key as we were going on holiday, when we arrived back the boiler was fitted and the house was left spotless, Jon then came round and shown us how the boiler worked, definitely use him again for other boiler and plumbing jobs thank you very much jon

I discovered water dripping through my kitchen ceiling and beginning to flood the kitchen floor. I found Gregory’s Heating & Plumbing listed on the Yell site & asked if someone could help. Jon arrived promptly and traced the problem to an overflow from the toilet cistern which he managed to fix. He explained what had caused the problem and told me to call him if the problem continued. He made a follow up phone call the following day to check that the leak had stopped (it had). Jon was very professional and easy to talk to and I would recommend using his Business to anyone.
